At Gordon Properties, Inc. we are your full-service residential property management company!

We specialize in the residential management of single family homes, individual condos and townhomes, plexes and small apartment complexes.

We are members of the Rental Housing Alliance Oregon and Oregon Rental Housing Association (Portland Area) and actively manage several hundred homes throughout Clackamas county, Multnomah county and Washington county, including Milwaukie, West Linn, Clackamas, Damascus, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Sandy, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Hillsboro, Portland, Gresham, Troutdale, and Fairview.

As your property manager we can handle all aspects of your rental, from filling vacancies to maintaining existing tenants and any of their maintenance needs to turning and re-renting the property after a tenant has vacated.

Management Includes:

Collecting rent from existing tenants.
Responding to maintenance or other requests from existing tenants.
Inspecting occupied units twice a year inside and out.
Advertising vacant units and screening prospective tenants.
Preparing accounting statements of income and expenses for owners monthly.
Sending owner proceeds via eCheck monthly (if applicable).

Management Fees:

Our monthly management fee is based on collected rent.
Rent up or Re-rent Fee: Half of one full month's rent when placing a tenant to fill a vacancy.
Routine Inspections are done twice per year; there is a $75.00 charge for each routine inspection performed.
1 year minimum management agreement.
