At Gordon Properties, we pride ourselves in helping you find a house or investment property that perfectly fits your needs. We are a local, second generation, veteran-owned company based in rural Oregon City and serving Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.

Chris Gordon started working at the family business in high school as maintenance help, paused to serve our country in the US Marine Corps, then returned full time to Gordon Properties as a property manager, real estate broker, and Principal Broker. In 2019 Chris became the owner of Gordon Properties, Inc. and now has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and rental markets in the Portland metro area.

We are a full-service residential property management company, specializing in the management of single family homes, individual condos and townhomes, plexes and small apartment complexes. We are members of the Rental Housing Alliance Oregon and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and actively manage several hundred homes throughout the Metro area, including Portland, Gresham, Troutdale, Sandy, Milwaukie, Damascus, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin and Hillsboro.
