At Gordon Properties, we pride ourselves in helping you find a house or investment property that perfectly fits your needs. We are a local, second generation, veteran-owned company based in rural Oregon City and serving Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties.

Chris Gordon started working at the family business in high school as maintenance help, paused to serve our country in the US Marine Corps, then returned full time to Gordon Properties as a property manager, real estate broker, and Principal Broker. In 2019 Chris became the owner of Gordon Properties, Inc. and now has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and rental markets in the Portland metro area.

We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Rental Housing Alliance Oregon and we specialize in the residential management of single-family homes, individual condos / townhomes, plexes and small apartment complexes. We actively manage several hundred homes throughout the Metro area, including Oregon City, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Gladstone, Clackamas, West Linn, Tualatin, Canby, Damascus, Sandy, Estacada, Portland, Gresham, Troutdale, Beaverton, and Hillsboro.
