April showers bring May flowers.

As the weather improves, we all want to enjoy some time outside around our homes.  This will increase our interactions with our neighbors and we would like that interaction to be pleasant for everyone!

Here are a few reminders for our tenants:
  1. Spring is growing season for plants and grass.  If you are responsible for yard work for your unit, please remember that grass must be mowed regularly (even in the rain!) and should not be more than ankle high, beds should be weeded and yard debris should be properly disposed of weekly.
  2. You must have written permission from Gordon Properties, Inc. before installing a window air-conditioning unit.  Window mounted air conditioners may be installed beginning April 15th and must be removed no later than October 31st.  No permanent mounting is allowed.
  3. Pets are not allowed at most of the properties managed by Gordon Properties, Inc.  This includes visiting pets!  Unless you have written permission from Gordon Properties, please do not bring any pets onto the property and do not allow any guests to bring any pets onto the property.
  4. You, the tenant, are responsible for the actions of yourself, your authorized occupants, and your guests.  Please be sure your authorized occupants and your guests are complying with all rules and regulations while at the property.  This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that your authorized occupants and your guests are not smoking on the property, do not have any marijuana on the property, are respectful towards other tenants and neighbors, are observing the quiet hours, and are observing the parking policies.

As always, if you have any questions, please contact our office!
